The EXA Global Intercompany Management Suite includes our products Global Value Chain (GVC), Operational Transfer Pricing (OTP), Product Environmental Footprint (PEF), and Service Cross Charging (SCC).
Your Role
We are looking for a high-energy, versatile Growth & Field Marketing Manager to be the face of our brand and the engine behind our lead generation. This isn’t a “sit behind the desk” role; you will own the end-to-end execution of our physical and digital presence. From scouting the best booth locations at major finance conferences to drafting the whitepaper that captures the leads you generated there, you will bridge the gap between brand awareness and sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Event & Trade Show Ownership: End-to-end management of finance trade shows, partner events and EXA AG owned events. This includes logistics, booth design, vendor management, and on-site execution (yes, that means being on your feet and engaging with prospects).
- Digital Engagement: Plan and host in-house and 3rd party webinars, coordinating with technical product teams to ensure high-value delivery.
- Content Development: Translate complex software features into compelling narratives. You’ll be responsible for writing blog posts, whitepapers, and product brochures that resonate with our target personas.
- Lead Management: Track the ROI of every event and campaign. You’ll work closely with Sales to ensure every lead is followed up on and nurtured through the funnel.
Your Profile
- 3–5 years of experience in Field Marketing, preferably within the B2B / SaaS or software industry.
- A “No Task Too Small” Attitude: You’re comfortable navigating a corporate boardroom one day and assembling a marketing display the next.
- Exceptional Writing Skills: You can take a rough brief from a technical product owner and turn it into a polished, professional whitepaper or blog.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho Bigin, and basic design tools like Canva. If you know Marketing Automation tools like Brevo, this is a plus.
- Travel-Ready: Willingness to travel to trade shows and events as needed (approximately 25-30%).
