Your Role

We are looking for Manager Product Development to lead our SAP development initiatives for Kyano platform. This role is responsible for managing a team of developers, overseeing development initiatives, and aligning technical solutions with business goals. The ideal candidate will bring deep Java expertise, strong leadership skills, and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Your Profile

Lead and manage the Java development team, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management.
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of Kyano platform in Java and related technologies.
Collaborate with other R&D teams, Product Management and other stakeholders
Define and enforce development standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.
Manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery
Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and team capabilities.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
Provide strategic input into roadmap and architecture decisions
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
8+ years of experience in Java development, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Strong understanding of SAP technology is good to have
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
