The Center of Excellence in Bangalore, India, is providing multiple services to projects as well as advancing EXA AG’s own software solutions with and around SAP. Since 2021 EXA AG is part of SNP Group and we have been jointly running and leveraging the Center of Excellence.
Global migration projects from SAP ECC to S/4 HANA are made possible using a green-, brown- or bluefield® approach enabled by SNP’s tools such as KYANO and crystal bridge.
Job Overview
We want to continue to grow and are looking for team members for our Center of Excellence in Bangalore who have fresh ideas, a lot of curiosity and ambition to join us as Project Manager Data Transformation and work with us on valuable solutions for a globally sustainable world.
Role & Responsibilities
As a Project Manager for SNP CrystalBridge, you will work on a wide variety of business transformation projects. The role would entail:
- Act as the primary point of contact for our clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Understand SNP Bluefield Methodology and help educate customers and partners.
- Develop and implement Customer Success strategies to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and report to key stakeholders
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal project management standards and methodologies.
- Collaborate closely with business departments across our regions, IT teams, and external partners
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or MBA in Finance or Masters in Computer applications or related field. Any SAP certification in related area is preferred.
- 12+ to 15 years of experience in managing projects in the IT field, related to SAP transformations and data migration. Experience in migrations to S/4HANA would be a plus and any project management certification like PMP, Prince 2 etc would be preferred.
- Having experience in managing a team of 15+ consultants .
- Experience in Customer Success Management in large scale IT projects.
- In-depth knowledge of at least one SAP module preferred or strong ABAP background with exposure to cross modules.
- Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to co-ordinate and work with multiple partners in the projects.
- Strong organizational skills and collaborative mindset.
- Excellent English language skills both written and communication.
