Your Role
- FICO Data Migration: Well versed with in-depth knowledge on the FICO related tables and data migration tools & concepts.
- SAP FICO Module Configuration: Design and configure the SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules based on business requirements, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with company processes.
- Implementation Support: Provide hands-on support during SAP FICO implementations, including conducting workshops, gathering requirements, mapping business processes, and developing solutions.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Provide post-implementation support, resolve issues, and ensure that the system is running efficiently. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Integration with Other Modules: Work closely with consultants in other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, etc.) to ensure seamless integration between FI, CO, and other SAP modules.
- Customization: Customize SAP FICO modules based on specific business requirements, including configuration of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Cost Centers.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed functional specifications, process documentation, and user manuals for SAP FICO implementations and upgrades.
- System Testing: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to validate the configured SAP FICO solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest SAP developments, best practices, and financial regulations to improve system performance and meet compliance requirements
Your Profile
We are looking for a highly qualified candidate who meets the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. An MBA or relevant certification (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP FICO) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an SAP FICO consultant or in a similar role.
- Proven experience in SAP FICO module data migration, configuration, implementation, and support.
- Strong knowledge of financial processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Cost Accounting.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with other SAP consultants.
- Proficiency in SAP FICO configuration, including experience with financial closing processes, internal/external reporting, and cost allocations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot SAP FICO issues and provide effective solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience managing small to medium-sized SAP FICO projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Data migration
- Knowledge of financial reporting standards and accounting best practices.
- Familiarity with global SAP FICO rollouts and multi-country/multi-currency environments
