EXA AG Hauptversammlung wählt SAP-Manager Hans Uebe
in den Aufsichtsrat
Heidelberg, 16. Juli 2025 Die EXA AG, führender Softwareanbieter, spezialisiert auf Global Intercompany Management Softwarelösungen für multinationale Konzerne, gibt personelle Veränderungen im Aufsichtsrat bekannt, die im Rahmen der jüngsten Hauptversammlung am 10. Juli 2025 verabschiedet wurden.
Divya Vir Rastogi scheidet auf eigenen Wunsch und aus persönlichen Gründen aus dem Aufsichtsrat aus. Der Gründer und ehemalige CEO von EXA AG gehörte dem Gremium seit 2023 an und fungierte zuletzt als stellvertretender Vorsitzender. Hans Uebe, Global Head of Partner Business Growth bei SAP SE, wurde als neues Mitglied in den dreiköpfigen Aufsichtsrat gewählt.
Hans Uebe arbeitet seit 2002 in verschiedenen Führungsfunktionen in der lokalen, regionalen und globalen Partnerorganisation bei SAP, darunter Marketing, Channel Sales, Delivery und Customer Success Management. In seiner aktuellen Funktion als Global Head of Partner Business Growth treibt Herr Uebe die Optimierung des globalen SI-Ökosystems voran und managt ein interdisziplinäres, global agierendes Team.

EXA AG Announces Supervisory Board Changes
Heidelberg, 16th July 2025 EXA AG, a leading software provider specializing in Global Intercompany Management software solutions for multinational corporations, announces personnel changes to its Supervisory Board approved during the Annual General Meeting on July 10th, 2025.
Divya Vir Rastogi is stepping down from the Supervisory Board at his own request for personal reasons. The founder and former CEO of EXA AG has served on the board since 2023 and most recently held the position of Deputy Chairman. Hans Uebe, Global Head of Partner Business Growth at SAP SE, has been elected as a new member of the three-person Supervisory Board.
Hans Uebe has been working in various senior leadership roles within SAP’s local, regional, and global partner organization since 2002, including Marketing, Channel Sales, Delivery, and Customer Success Management. In his current role as Global Head of Partner Business Growth, Mr. Uebe drives optimization of the global SI ecosystem and manages an interdisciplinary, globally operating team.
