Our History

2012

2014

Founded in 2012 by SAP experts, EXA AG quickly grew from a consulting firm to a global leader in software solutions for global intercompany management. With subsidiaries in India and the US, EXA AG focused on SAP consulting for manufacturing and logistics, pioneering innovations like a S/4HANA-based solution for a major American manufacturer. This early success cemented EXA’s reputation as an industry innovator.

2015

2020

EXA AG launched proprietary solutions like Process Control and Operational Transfer Pricing (OTP), which became industry standards. EXA OTP’s popularity among multinational enterprises solidified EXA’s market presence. The EXA Global Value Chain (GVC) solution, developed from 2015, evolved into a cutting-edge tool for managing costs and profitability, revolutionizing end-to-end value chains.

2021

Today

In 2021, EXA AG joined SNP Schneider-Neureither & Partner SE, unlocking new synergies for global client service. EXA AG continues to innovate with solutions like EXA Product Environmental Footprint (PEF) and EXA Service Cross Charging (SCC), focusing on sustainability and intercompany service transactions. As EXA AG shifts to public cloud solutions on SAP BTP, it remains committed to offering cutting-edge digital transformation services, ensuring customers stay ahead in a rapidly evolving market.
