Working as a project manager at EXA for over five years has been a truly rewarding experience. My role is dynamic and diverse, allowing me to collaborate with a multinational team composed of individuals from various departments and backgrounds. This creates an environment where we can have a lot of fun both during and after work. I particularly enjoy being a part of the continuous development of our exciting SAP add-on, Operational Transfer Pricing (OTP). Engaging in daily exchanges with our customers and contributing to the evolution of this innovative product is something I find especially fulfilling.

As a student at Mannheim University in the Gap Year program for Accounting and Taxation, I had the opportunity to intern at EXA AG for four months. During this internship, I gained extensive knowledge in customer relations, product development, and operational transfer pricing. My skills in SAP, which were initially quite basic, were significantly enhanced, providing a solid foundation for my career. Following this successful internship, I was delighted to join EXA AG in a full-time position, where I continue to learn and grow every day with excellent guidance and support.

Hiring Manager Interviews:

Your interview with the hiring manager will be a phone interview first, followed by a deep dive meeting (in-person or virtual). You may also be interviewed by members of the team and other colleagues.
