Screening:
If you are a match, our recruiters will contact you about the opportunity. After reviewing your profile with the hiring manager, we will inform you if you will be moving forward in the hiring process.
Prep for interviews:
Interviews at EXA typically cover various areas, including your past experiences, skills, and behaviors. Have examples at hand that illustrate behavior we value at EXA, for example, problem-solving, self-organizing, growth mindset, customer centricity, teamwork, and inclusion.
Hiring Manager Interviews:
Your interview with the hiring manager will be a phone interview first, followed by a deep dive meeting (in-person or virtual). You may also be interviewed by members of the team and other colleagues.
